Complaints procedure

Stella Parker is committed to providing a high quality mediation service and will take any complaint very seriously. It is, of course, hoped that you will not have any cause for complaint but if you do, that complaint will be dealt with as swiftly as possible and used as an opportunity to learn and develop.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of my service please, in the first instance, address the complaint to me by email to within 14 days of the incident complained of. I will then contact you as soon as possible, but no more than 14 days later, to try to resolve the matter.

If you are still not satisfied either you or I can refer the matter to the Civil Mediation Council Complaints Resolution Service within one month of conclusion of consideration of the complaint by myself and in any event within 6 months of the events giving rise to the complaint.
